Unlike conventional manual test setups, the new apparatus integrates intelligent PLC control with a 7-inch touchscreen interface, enabling automatic ignition, programmable burning time, automatic flame extinguishing, and real-time test recording. These features help laboratories reduce operator intervention while ensuring consistent and repeatable test results.
The testing chamber incorporates a rigid cookware fixture, a movable standard alcohol burner, and a transparent observation window for safe operation. At the end of each test, the built-in exhaust system automatically removes smoke and combustion gases, creating a cleaner and safer testing environment.
