This multifunctional durability testing equipment complies with various of IEC standards. Featuring a three-station synchronous testing design, it enables simultaneous high-precision durability testing of three linear switches, plugs, or sockets. This significantly improves testing efficiency and consistency, providing reliable assurance for the mechanical and electrical performance evaluation of fixed electrical installations for household and similar purposes.
The equipment strictly follows IEC 60335-1 Annex H, IEC 60065:2014 Clauses 14.7 and 15.1, IEC 60884-1:2013 Clauses 20 and 21, IEC 61058-1, and IEC 60669-1. When used together with a load cabinet (optional), it can fully perform endurance tests of on/off capability and normal operation for plugs, sockets, and linear switches. The core testing objective is to verify whether the specimen exhibits mechanical wear, electrical fatigue failure, contact sticking, or abnormal on/off behavior during long-term operation, thereby scientifically determining whether the product reaches its failure threshold.
Constructed with an aluminum alloy frame and stainless-steel sealing plates, the equipment is driven by a servo motor and ball screw system to ensure high-precision, low-noise, and stable operation. A 7-inch color touchscreen provides an intuitive interface, allowing users to flexibly set testing cycles, speed, stroke, and other parameters. The Mitsubishi PLC control system enables fully automated process management and automatically stops with an alarm in case of abnormal operation, ensuring testing safety and data reliability.
